Openings = single + double + overhead + exit.
Door leafs = (single × 1) + (double × 2) + overhead + exit.
Base quantity depends on whether an item is per opening or per leaf.
Final quantity = round( base × (1 + spare%/100) ) using your chosen rounding.

If your specification calls for extra points on certain doors, increase the per-opening or per-leaf multiplier to match the design.

For procurement, rounding up is usually safest.
