1) Attendance Rate (%): attendance = (attended / planned) × 100

2) Learning Normalized Gain (%): g = ((post − pre) / (100 − pre)) × 100. This reflects improvement relative to remaining learning headroom.

3) Component Mapping to 0–100:

  • Learning Component: ((clamp(g, −100, 100) + 100) / 2)
  • Reaction Component: ((satisfaction − 1) / 4) × 100 where satisfaction is 1–5
  • Application Component: ((application − 1) / 4) × 100 where application is 1–5
  • Completion, Engagement, Performance: used directly as percentages (0–100)
  • ROI Component: ROI is clamped to −100%..200% and mapped to 0–100 by (roi + 100) / 3

4) Composite Training Effectiveness Score (0–100): score = Σ(component × weight) / Σ(weights). If Auto Normalize is enabled, weights are scaled to sum to 100.
