Formula used
This estimator converts your inputs into an annual premium, applies discounts, and then shows a monthly estimate. It uses a base rate by coverage type, scaled by coverage limit, multiplied by risk factors, plus add-ons.

Annual Premium (net) = Annual Premium (pre-discount) × (1 − Discount)
Monthly Premium = Annual Premium (net) ÷ 12
Discounts are capped at 25% to keep estimates conservative. Real quotes can differ due to underwriting, local rules, and carrier pricing.
