It calculates full session duration, active work time, recovery time, transition time, round density, total exercise volume, and an estimated calorie burn based on entered values.

2. Can I use my own exercise names?

Yes. Enter one exercise per line in the custom exercise field. If you list fewer names than stations, the remaining positions fill automatically.

3. Why does total time differ from active time?

Active time counts only work intervals. Total time also includes warm-up, cool-down, short rests, transitions between exercises, and rest periods between rounds.

4. How are calories estimated here?

Calories are estimated with a MET-based formula using your body weight and total session length. It gives a useful planning estimate, not a medical measurement.

5. What is work density?

Work density is the percentage of the session spent exercising. Higher density usually means less recovery time and a more demanding circuit structure.

6. Should transition time be separate from rest?

Yes, if you want more realistic planning. Transition time covers moving, setting equipment, or changing stations, while rest time represents intentional recovery.

7. Can I use this for HIIT or bootcamp sessions?
