Formula Used

Each field is normalized based on selected rules: lowercase, punctuation stripping, legal suffix removal, street and directional normalization, phone digit canonicalization, and domain canonicalization.

Let sim(x, y) be similarity between canonical and citation values. For Exact, sim=1 if identical, otherwise 0. For Fuzzy, we use a normalized Levenshtein similarity: sim = 1 − dist(x, y) / max(|x|, |y|). The field scores are in [0,1].

Per‑citation weighted score: S = 100 × (wN·simName + wA·simAddress + wP·simPhone + wW·simUrl), where weights are normalized to sum to 1. A citation passes if S ≥ threshold. Overall metrics are averages across citations.

How to Use
  1. Enter your canonical name, address, phone, and URL above.
  2. Adjust normalization toggles and field weights to match guidelines.
  3. Add or paste citation rows, one directory per row.
  4. Choose match method and threshold; then click Calculate Scores.
  5. Review outliers, then export the result table as CSV or PDF.
