The example totals assume a 5% contingency buffer, no tax, and visit overages billed in 1,000-visit blocks.

Formula used

  • Add-ons (monthly) = sum of selected monthly add-on fees.
  • Storage overage = max(0, storage_used − storage_included) × storage_overage_rate.
  • Bandwidth overage = max(0, bandwidth_used − bandwidth_included) × bandwidth_overage_rate.
  • Visit overage = overage_units × visit_overage_rate, where overage_units = (visits − included)/1000 (optionally rounded up).
  • Support = flat fee, or uplift% × (base + add-ons).
  • Pre-discount monthly = base + add-ons + support + managed_hours×rate + all overages.
  • Discounts = promo% × pre-discount + fixed discount (capped at pre-discount).
  • Contingency = contingency% × (pre-discount − discounts).
  • Tax = tax% × (after_discount + contingency).
  • Monthly total = after_discount + contingency + tax.
  • Annual total = (12 × monthly_total − annual_discount) + one-time services.
