Formula used

Lead Time (days) = Check-in Date − Booking Date

Average Lead Time = Sum of all lead times ÷ Number of bookings

Weighted Average Lead Time = Sum of (Lead Time × Rooms) ÷ Total rooms

Window Share = Bookings in a lead-time window ÷ Total bookings × 100
