1. Convert weight to kilograms:
Weight in kg = Weight in lb × 0.45359237

2. Estimate lean mass when body fat is entered:
Lean Mass = Weight in kg × (1 − Body Fat ÷ 100)

3. Build the personalized protein factor:
Protein Factor = Goal Range + Activity Adjustment + Training Adjustment + Age Adjustment + Protein Quality Adjustment

4. Compute protein range:
Daily Protein = Base Mass × Personalized Factor

5. Split across meals:
Per Meal Protein = Daily Target ÷ Meals Per Day

6. Optional calorie share:
Protein Calorie Share = (Daily Target × 4 ÷ Calories) × 100
