Frequently asked questions

1. What does this tracker measure?

It estimates gross minutes, break-adjusted net minutes, goal attainment, consistency, streaks, and period totals from the routine values you enter.

2. Why are break minutes subtracted?

Breaks interrupt active tummy time. Subtracting them gives a cleaner estimate of effective supervised floor time during the day.

3. Is the planning band medical advice?

No. It is a built-in organization band for tracking and comparison. Personal care decisions should follow your own professional guidance.

4. What happens when I enter missed days?

Missed days reduce active-day totals, lower consistency, shorten streaks, and appear as zero-minute rows in the daily breakdown and chart.

5. How is the tracker score calculated?

The score gives 35 percent weight to consistency and 65 percent weight to goal attainment. The final score is capped at 100.

6. Can I print or share the results?

Yes. Use the CSV button for spreadsheet-friendly data and the PDF button for a printable summary of the result section.

7. Why does the daily table vary by day?

The table spreads your averages across the tracking period to create a realistic trend view while keeping the overall summary aligned with your inputs.

8. Can I use this for different routines?

Yes. Change the session count, session length, break details, missed days, and goal to model new schedules or compare routine ideas.
