Planner Inputs
Add appointments for checkups, labs, classes, or baby-care visits. The planner flags overlaps and estimates your weekly time load.

Formula Used
- Adjusted appointment minutes = duration + buffer.
- Total weekly minutes = Σ adjusted minutes across all appointments.
- Available daily minutes = sleep − wake (or overnight wrap).
- Available weekly minutes = available daily minutes × 7.
- Utilization (%) = 100 × total weekly minutes ÷ available weekly minutes.
- Conflict rule: an appointment conflicts if its start is earlier than the previous appointment’s end on the same day.
- Free slot: a gap between appointments within wake–sleep, with minutes ≥ minimum slot.

FAQs
1) What is the travel buffer used for?
It adds extra minutes after each appointment. Use it for travel, parking, check-in, feeding breaks, or calming time between visits.
2) How are conflicts detected?
Appointments are grouped by day and sorted by start time. If one starts before the previous one ends, both are flagged as a conflict.
3) Can I plan for overnight schedules?
Yes. If sleep time is earlier than wake time, the planner treats it as an overnight window and still estimates availability correctly.
4) What does utilization percentage mean?
It compares total planned minutes to your weekly wake-to-sleep window. Higher values suggest a busier week and fewer flexible gaps.
5) How many appointments can I add?
You can add many rows. Performance depends on your device and browser, but typical weekly planning works smoothly with dozens of entries.
6) Why do I see “Quick CSV” and “Download CSV”?
Download CSV exports using the latest submitted plan on the server. Quick CSV creates a file directly from the results table in your browser.
7) Can I share this plan with my partner or caregiver?
Yes. Export CSV for spreadsheets or PDF for printing. Add clear titles and locations so others can follow the schedule easily.
8) Is this a medical tool?
It is a planning helper, not medical advice. If you have urgent concerns during pregnancy or with a baby, contact a qualified clinician.
