Formula used
This tool uses RPM to obtain angular speed and centripetal quantities.
- Frequency:
f = RPM / 60(Hz) - Angular speed:
ω = 2πf(rad/s) - Tangential speed:
v = ωr(m/s) - Centripetal acceleration:
a = ω²r = v²/r(m/s²) - Centripetal force:
F = ma(N) - g-force:
g = a / 9.80665
