Formula Used

This calculator combines throughput, time allocation, and team health into a single score from 0 to 100. All weekly rates are normalized by the number of observed weeks.

tasks_per_week = tasks_completed / weeks_observed
points_per_week = tasks_per_week × avg_task_points
Effective hours
total_team_hours = team_size × hours_per_person_week
meetings_per_person = meeting_hours_team_week / team_size
blockers_per_person = blocker_hours_team_week / team_size
effective_team_hours = (hours_per_person_week − meetings_per_person − blockers_per_person) × team_size
Efficiency and scoring
points_per_effective_hour = points_per_week / effective_team_hours
Score = weighted sum of normalized components (efficiency, focus, meeting load, blocker load, overlap, async maturity, tool friction, morale, quality).
Normalization converts each component into a 0–100 scale, then applies weights to reflect real-world impact on remote delivery.
