Core calculations
- Defect PPM = (Defective Units ÷ Total Units) × 1,000,000
- On‑Time % = (On‑Time Deliveries ÷ Total Deliveries) × 100
- Complaints/100 = (Complaints ÷ Total Deliveries) × 100
- Overall Score = Σ(Weightᵢ × Subscoreᵢ) ÷ 100
Subscores are clamped to 0–100. Weights are auto-normalized to a 100% total.
Subscore logic
- Quality: 75% defect score + 25% complaint score.
- Delivery: on‑time percentage.
- Responsiveness: 70% rating + 30% closure speed.
- Compliance: 50% audit + 25% docs + 25% packaging.
- Cost: penalizes higher absolute cost variance.
Targets guide defect scoring: performance above target reduces the quality subscore progressively.
