Formula Used
Base iron length = 37 inches + height adjustment + wrist-to-floor adjustment + posture adjustment + swing adjustment + skill adjustment.
The calculator starts from a standard 5 iron length of 37 inches. It then adds or subtracts adjustments from height bands, wrist-to-floor measurement bands, posture style, swing plane, age group, set style, arm length, and handicap level. Other club lengths are derived from the fitted 5 iron reference using standard club spacing.
