FAQs

1. What does this calculator measure?

It measures time left until your exam and turns that window into practical study targets, milestone dates, and a readiness estimate.

2. Why are study days fewer than countdown days?

Study days are reduced by weekly off days and the buffer days you reserve before the exam for revision, rest, or emergencies.

3. What are buffer days used for?

Buffer days protect your plan from delays. They also create space for revision, formula review, sleep recovery, and calm preparation.

4. How is required daily study time calculated?

The calculator spreads your adjusted remaining workload across your effective study days after accounting for revision cycles, off days, and mock tests.

5. What does the readiness score mean?

It is a planning signal, not a promise. It combines topic completion, mock progress, available time, and confidence into one score.

6. Can I use this for more than one exam?

Yes, but run one exam at a time. Separate calculations keep each timeline, target, and milestone plan clean and realistic.

7. Should I enter the exact exam time?

Yes. A precise exam time improves the countdown and helps you plan final review blocks more accurately during the last day.

8. Does more available study time always improve readiness?

Not always. Readiness also depends on topic coverage, score improvement, confidence, and whether your study time is focused and consistent.
