  • Percentile (Px): sort samples, interpolate rank = (x/100) × (n−1)
  • Error rate: errors / requests (success rate is the remainder)
  • Throughput: requests / window_seconds when times are provided

2) Should I enter total time if I paste samples?

No. When samples are present, the calculator uses them and computes total time automatically. Total time is mainly for summary-only reporting when raw samples are unavailable.

3) Why does the tool check both average and P95 for targets?

Average can look healthy while a small tail is very slow. Checking P95 helps catch inconsistency that creates escalations and interrupts planned work.

4) How is breach risk estimated?

If you set a target and provide samples, breach risk is the percentage of samples above the target. It is a simple, transparent indicator of predictability.

5) What does throughput tell me?
