How to Use the Grow Cycle Schedule Generator
This generator turns basic crop planning information into a practical timeline. Start by entering a project name, plant type, variety, growing environment, plant count, and start date. Next, adjust the estimated duration for germination, seedling growth, vegetative development, flowering or fruiting, ripening, and harvest. These values create the main calendar and determine the projected harvest date.
Plan Routine Care
Add watering and feeding intervals that match your growing medium, climate, and crop needs. The tool places those activities onto the schedule automatically. Lighting fields are useful for indoor or greenhouse projects, while outdoor growers can record daylight targets or supplemental lighting notes. Environmental targets help you document temperature, humidity, pH, EC, airflow, and moisture expectations without replacing regular plant observation.
Track Growth Stages and Tasks
Select recurring care activities such as pest inspection, disease inspection, pruning, transplanting, training, cleaning, or pollination checks. You can also add custom tasks for your own workflow. The generated table identifies the stage, grow day, week, routine work, and task status. A daily view provides detailed planning, while the weekly view creates a shorter overview for longer cycles.
Save and Export Your Plan
Use the summary panel to review total cycle length, current stage, harvest estimate, remaining days, and the next activity. Save the plan in your browser for later editing. CSV export is helpful for spreadsheets and recordkeeping. PDF export creates a portable schedule for printing or sharing. Revisit the plan as conditions change, because real plants may develop faster or slower than estimates. Observations should always guide adjustments throughout the cycle.
