Carb calories = carbs in grams × carb calorie factor.

Protein calories = protein in grams × protein calorie factor.

Fat calories = fat in grams × fat calorie factor.

Total calories = carb calories + protein calories + fat calories.

Net carbs = total carbs − fiber. The value never goes below zero.

Macro share = macro calories ÷ total macro calories × 100.

Adjusted target = base target changed by deficit or surplus percent.
