Formula Used

The direct conversion uses a fixed decibel offset:

dBW = dBm - 30
dBm = dBW + 30
W = 10 ^ (dBW / 10)
mW = 10 ^ (dBm / 10)
Vrms = square root(W × R)
Irms = square root(W / R)
