Formula Used

Calendar time
Response Minutes = (First Response Timestamp − Lead Created Timestamp) ÷ 60
Counts every minute, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Business-hours time
Response Minutes = Σ overlap minutes within working windows
For each day, the calculator adds only the overlap between the lead interval and your configured working hours. Non-working days and listed holidays are excluded.

Weighted minutes
Weighted Minutes = Response Minutes × Priority Weight
Useful when VIP or paid leads should influence averages more strongly.

How to Use This Calculator
