Formula used

  • Channel fees: fees = (revenue × variable_rate%) + fixed_fees
  • Blended fee rate (%): total_fees ÷ total_revenue × 100
  • Fee per order: total_fees ÷ total_orders
Why blended rate matters
It combines commissions, payment fees, and fixed costs into one comparable number, useful for pricing and margin reviews.
