Build custom vape coils precisely. Optimize electrical performance today.
Building custom coils requires meticulous balancing of core wire thickness, outer wrapping gauges, inner diameters, and applied electrical currents. A fused clapton configuration incorporates multiple parallel core wires wrapped tightly together inside a micro-thin outer sheath. This structural layout increases surface area immensely, capturing e-liquid efficiently and delivering exceptional vapor density and flavor clarity across regulated and mechanical device platforms.
The total electrical resistance ($R$) of the multi-core assembly relies heavily on material resistivity ($\rho$), physical length ($L$), and the total cross-sectional area ($A$) of all parallel core strands combined. The relationship follows standard electrical principles:
$$R = \frac{\rho \cdot L}{A}$$
Furthermore, power dissipation ($P$) and current flow ($I$) relative to supply voltage ($V$) are derived using Ohm's Law formulas: $I = \frac{V}{R}$ and $P = \frac{V^2}{R}$. Heat flux evaluates thermal energy distribution across the total coil surface area.
Select your desired core count, individual core gauge, and outer wrap gauge from the first option column. Input your target inner diameter size, loop count, and extension leg lengths inside the middle parameters section. Enter your preferred operational voltage or wattage targets, and finally click submit to generate instantaneous electrical outputs.
