4. When should I choose IP67 or IP68?

Choose those levels when temporary or continuous immersion is possible. The difference depends on actual submersion depth, duration, and the manufacturer’s tested conditions.

5. Is IP69 always better than IP68?

Not automatically. IP69 is aimed at aggressive cleaning jets. IP68 is aimed at continuous immersion. Some products carry both, but the duty matters more than the larger number.
