Each category is converted to a 0–100 score using weighted input percentages.

Energy Score = (Energy Reduction × 0.70) + (Renewable Share × 0.30)

Water Score = (Water Reduction × 0.75) + (Recycled Water × 0.25)

Materials Score = (Recycled Materials × 0.35) + (Regional Materials × 0.20) + (Waste Diversion × 0.45)

Transport Score = (Alternative Transport × 0.65) + (EV Readiness × 0.35)

Indoor Environment Score = (Daylight × 0.35) + (Ventilation × 0.35) + (Low VOC × 0.30)

Site Score = (Heat Island × 0.30) + (Green Area × 0.25) + (Stormwater × 0.45)

2) Weighted Base Score
Base Score = (Energy × 0.28) + (Water × 0.16) + (Materials × 0.18) + (Transport × 0.10) + (Indoor Environment × 0.16) + (Site × 0.12)

3) Final Score
Final Score = Base Score + Innovation Bonus + Commissioning Bonus

4) Rating Bands
85–100 = Platinum Ready, 70–84.99 = Gold Level, 55–69.99 = Silver Level, 40–54.99 = Certified, below 40 = Needs Improvement.
