Formula used
  • Working days: Count of dates between start and end whose weekday is included in your selected workweek.
  • Holidays on workdays: Number of holiday dates that fall on a selected workday.
  • Net leave required (days): Working days − Holidays on workdays.
  • Monthly accrual: Fixed days credited each month in the range.
  • Projected balance per month: Prior balance + Monthly accrual − Days off in month.
