Formula Used

Line Total = Quantity × Rate

Subtotal = Sum of all line totals

Tax Base = Taxable Subtotal − Discount applied to taxable amount

Tax Amount = Tax Base × Tax Rate

Grand Total = Subtotal − Discount + Tax + Shipping + Late Fee

Balance Due = Grand Total − Deposit − Paid Amount

Collection Ratio = (Deposit + Paid Amount) ÷ Grand Total × 100
