Formula Used
- Total minutes = duration + prep (optional) + follow‑up (optional)
- Loaded hourly = avg hourly × (1 + overhead% ÷ 100)
- Base meeting cost = attendees × loaded hourly × (total minutes ÷ 60)
- Adjusted meeting cost = base meeting cost × (1 + productivity loss% ÷ 100)
- Annual cost = adjusted meeting cost × meetings/week × weeks/year
- Annual people‑hours = attendees × (total minutes ÷ 60) × meetings/week × weeks/year
- All percentages are clamped to sensible limits.
