Formula Used
  • Area (sq ft) = Length × Width
  • Volume (cu ft) = Length × Width × Height
  • Billable = Area or Volume × (Occupancy ÷ 100)
  • Base monthly = Billable area × rate, or billable volume × rate, or flat monthly rate
  • Climate monthly = Base monthly × (Climate % ÷ 100)
  • Monthly before tax/discount = Base monthly + Climate monthly + (Insurance + Access fee + Admin fee)
  • Period subtotal = Monthly before tax/discount × Months (days/weeks converted)
  • Discount = Period subtotal × (Discount % ÷ 100)
  • Taxable amount = (Period subtotal − Discount) + One‑time fees
  • Tax = Taxable amount × (Tax % ÷ 100)
  • Grand total = Taxable amount + Tax (deposit shown separately)
