Breeding Power = ((Male Tier + Female Tier) × 100) + ((Male Level + Female Level) × Breeding Rate)

Adjusted Average Tier = (Breeding Power ÷ 250 × Mastery Factor) − Death Penalty + Breed Count Bonus + Coat Bonus − Method Penalty

Tier Odds = normalized bell weights around the adjusted average tier.

Expected Tier = sum of each tier multiplied by its estimated chance.

Expected Net Value = entered foal value × tier strength ratio − entered cost.
