BMI: BMI = weight in kg ÷ height in meters².

Body surface area: BSA = √((height in cm × weight in kg) ÷ 3600).

Ideal body weight: Devine method uses height above five feet.

Adjusted body weight: IBW + 0.4 × (actual weight − IBW).

Waist to height ratio: waist circumference ÷ height.
