BMI: weight kg ÷ height m².

Body surface area: square root of height cm × weight kg ÷ 3600.

Shoulder to waist ratio: shoulder circumference ÷ waist circumference.

Chest to waist ratio: chest circumference ÷ waist circumference.

Waist to hip ratio: waist circumference ÷ hip circumference.

Waist to height ratio: waist circumference ÷ height.

Frame ratio: wrist circumference ÷ height.

Male body fat estimate: 86.010 × log10(waist − neck) − 70.041 × log10(height) + 36.76. This uses inch values.

BMR: 10 × weight kg + 6.25 × height cm − 5 × age + 5.

TDEE: BMR × activity multiplier.
