Formula Used

The calculator compares the start datetime with the end datetime. It first converts both entries into the selected timezone. Then it subtracts the start timestamp from the end timestamp.

Total seconds: End timestamp - Start timestamp

Total days: Total seconds ÷ 86,400

Weeks and days: Whole days ÷ 7, then the remainder is shown as extra days.

Approximate months: Total days ÷ 30.436875

Approximate years: Total days ÷ 365.2425

Business days: each date is checked. Saturdays, Sundays, and entered weekday holidays are removed.
