Careful Interpretation
Calendar days are different from business days. Exact hours are different from age style years, months, and days. A month can contain 28, 29, 30, or 31 days. That is why the age style result uses calendar logic instead of a fixed month length. Business days depend on the selected weekend rule and holiday list. Review every option before using the result in legal, payroll, or compliance work.
