Formula Used

Adjusted time: adjusted time = race time + adjustment seconds

Speed: speed = distance ÷ adjusted time

Kilometers per hour: km/h = meters per second × 3.6

Miles per hour: mph = meters per second × 2.2369362921

Pace: pace = time ÷ distance

Projected finish: projected time = target distance ÷ speed

Projected gap: projected gap = competitor projection - best projection
