Formula Used
This calculator uses an estimated stamina model for planning. Endurance is converted into a stamina pool. The model assumes strong stamina gains until level 40, then a practical cap for planning.
Base stamina = 80 + ((Endurance - 1) × 80 / 39), capped near 160 after 40 Endurance.
Maximum stamina = Base stamina × (1 + Stamina bonus / 100)
Total action cost = Attack costs + Roll costs + Cast costs + Sprint costs + Block costs
Block cost = Incoming hit stamina damage × ((100 - Shield stability) / 100) × Blocks
Effective regen = Base regen × (1 + Regen bonus / 100) × Equip load modifier
