Taxable base: vehicle price minus selected trade or rebate tax credits.

Sales tax: taxable base × sales tax rate.

Amount financed: vehicle price + tax + fees + trade payoff − down payment − trade value − rebate.

Monthly payment: P × r ÷ [1 − (1 + r)-n]. Here, P is amount financed, r is monthly rate, and n is term months.
