Formula Used

BMI: weight in kilograms divided by height in meters squared.

BMR: Mifflin St Jeor formula. Male uses +5. Female uses -161.

TDEE: BMR multiplied by the selected activity factor.

Calorie target: TDEE plus the selected goal adjustment.

Macros: protein uses body weight. Fat uses calorie percent. Carbs use remaining calories.

Body fat: Navy circumference method, unless a known value is entered.

Heart zones: Karvonen method using heart rate reserve.
