Why tuning matters
Cars react to weight, grip, power, and drivetrain layout. A heavy front car often needs stronger front springs. A rear driven car may need calmer differential settings. High power needs longer gearing and careful traction control through throttle.

The calculator reviews weight, distribution, tire width, aero level, drive type, track surface, and race length. It then suggests tire pressure, spring rate, anti roll bar strength, ride height, damping, brake balance, differential lock, and final drive. How to read results
Use the first setup as a baseline. Run three clean laps. If the car understeers, reduce front bar, increase rear bar, or lower front pressure slightly. If the car oversteers, soften the rear bar, reduce rear rebound, or add rear aero. Change one setting at a time.
Tire and pressure notes
Wider tires usually need less pressure. Hot tracks often need lower starting pressure. Cold tracks may need more pressure. Keep race pressure stable after several laps. Aim for even response across corner entry, middle, and exit.
Gearing guidance
The final drive estimate uses top speed and power. Shorter gearing improves launch. Longer gearing improves stability and straights. Adjust final gear after testing the longest straight on your chosen circuit.
