Hidden Power Type
Hidden Power uses the lowest IV bit from HP, Attack, Defense, Speed, Sp. Attack, and Sp. Defense.
Hidden Power Power
Hidden Power power uses the second lowest IV bit. In this generation, the possible power range is 30 to 70.

What This Tool Does
A Gen 3 IV calculator helps you estimate hidden individual values. These values shape each final stat. They range from 0 to 31. Higher values usually mean better natural potential. This calculator uses level, base stats, EVs, nature, and observed stats. It then tests every possible IV. Matching values become your possible IV range.
Why IV Ranges Matter
Gen 3 games often hide exact IVs. A single stat may match many IVs at lower levels. This is normal. Higher levels give tighter results. Rare Candy checks can also narrow the range. EV knowledge is very important. Wrong EVs can create wrong IV results.
Nature and EV Effects
Nature changes five non-HP stats. One stat may rise by ten percent. Another may fall by ten percent. Neutral natures do not change stats. EVs are also included. The game divides EVs by four before using them. Because of rounding, small input changes can alter the final answer.
