Lean Body Mass: Weight × (1 − Body Fat % ÷ 100)

Katch-McArdle: 370 + 21.6 × Lean Body Mass in kg

Cunningham: 500 + 22 × Lean Body Mass in kg

Total Daily Energy: Resting Calories × Activity Factor
