Age months = today date minus estimated manufacture date, divided by 30.4375.

Production freshness date = manufacture date + shelf life months - storage penalty months - bottle status penalty months.

Open bottle date = first opened date + PAO months - storage penalty months - bottle status penalty months.

Final freshness date = earlier date from production freshness and open bottle freshness.

Remaining months = final freshness date minus today date, divided by 30.4375.
