Scaled nutrient: item nutrient × quantity × portion percent ÷ 100.

Total nutrient: sum of all scaled nutrients from selected presets and custom items.

Net carbs: total carbohydrates − dietary fiber. The calculator never shows negative net carbs.

Macro calories: fat grams × 9 + carbohydrate grams × 4 + protein grams × 4.

Goal percent: meal total ÷ daily goal × 100.

Protein density: protein grams ÷ calories × 100. This shows protein grams per 100 calories.

Sodium density: sodium milligrams ÷ calories × 100. This shows sodium per 100 calories.

Why Use This Nutrition Planner

A Pollo Loco meal can be simple, but the totals can change quickly. Chicken, tortillas, beans, rice, sauces, drinks, and dressings all add nutrients. This calculator helps you combine them before you order. It is useful when you track calories, protein, carbohydrates, fiber, fat, or sodium.

The tool uses preset menu values and lets you add custom entries. You can select several items, change quantities, and scale portions. A half serving, double serving, or shared side is easy to test. You can also enter your daily targets. The result shows meal totals and goal percentages. This makes the numbers easier to judge.

Balanced meals are not only about low calories. Protein helps fullness. Fiber supports digestion. Sodium can rise when bowls, burritos, soups, and sauces are combined. Sugar often appears in drinks and desserts. Net carbohydrates help some users compare meals, yet total carbohydrates still matter. Use both values for better planning.

The macro energy estimate is another helpful check. Fat is multiplied by nine calories per gram. Carbohydrate and protein are multiplied by four calories per gram. Restaurant labels may differ because of rounding and ingredient changes. The calculator therefore treats each output as an estimate, not medical advice.

Use the CSV export for spreadsheets. Use the PDF export for a quick record. These files are helpful for meal logs, coaching notes, or repeated orders. They also make it easier to compare two meals side by side later.

For best results, check current restaurant data when accuracy matters. Menu recipes can change. Seasonal items may appear. Portion sizes can vary by location and preparation. Custom requests can also change the final nutrition. Update the preset array in this file whenever you need newer values.

This page is designed for a clean layout. The form stays in one main column. The input controls use a responsive grid inside the calculator area. Large screens show three columns. Smaller screens show two. Mobile screens show one. Results appear immediately above the form after submission, so users see the answer without searching.

The example table gives starter values for testing. Replace items, edit servings, and compare common meals before you publish or share the calculator online today safely.
