Formula Used
Stamina gained during wait = floor(planned wait minutes ÷ minutes per stamina).
Natural stamina after wait = current stamina + gained stamina, limited by maximum stamina.
Refill stamina = full stamina refills × maximum stamina.
Available stamina = natural stamina after wait + refill stamina + bonus stamina + rank-up stamina.
Total planned cost = dungeon stamina cost × planned dungeon runs.
Deficit = total planned cost − available stamina. If negative, the deficit is zero.
Wait needed = stamina deficit × minutes per stamina.

Smarter Stamina Planning
Puzzle and Dragons rewards careful timing. Stamina decides when you can enter dungeons, farm materials, and clear event stages. A small mistake can waste recovery time. This calculator helps you plan before you spend stones, watch ads, or wait for natural recovery.
Why This Calculator Helps
Many players only check current stamina and dungeon cost. That view is useful, but it is not complete. You may also need target stamina, planned runs, refill amounts, rank-up gains, and recovery speed. The tool combines those values into one clear estimate. It shows time to full stamina, time to a target, total planned cost, remaining stamina, and any deficit.
Better Event Farming
Limited events often need repeated runs. You can enter the dungeon cost and the number of runs. Then you can see whether your current stamina covers the plan. If it does not, the calculator estimates the waiting time. This can help you choose between waiting, using a refill, or reducing the run count.
Refill Decisions
A refill can be powerful, but it should be used with purpose. The calculator lets you add stone refills and other bonus stamina. This shows your available stamina before the plan starts. It also helps prevent wasted recovery when you refill while already near the cap. Advanced players can compare several plans before choosing the best route.
Daily Play Timing
Natural recovery is slow, so timing matters. Use the full stamina estimate to plan breaks. Use the target estimate when you only need enough stamina for one dungeon. You can also plan around sleep, school, work, or event deadlines.
Practical Tips
Keep the recovery minutes updated. Most players use the default value unless an event or server rule changes it. Enter realistic run counts. Add refill values only when you are sure you will use them. Check the remaining stamina after the plan. A positive number means you can continue playing. A negative number means you must wait or refill.
Good stamina planning saves time and resources. It also makes farming smoother. Use the calculator before long sessions, hard dungeons, or time-limited events.
Review the export buttons after calculating. They let you save a quick record for later farming decisions or team planning.
FAQs
What does this stamina calculator do?
It estimates recovery time, dungeon run capacity, refill value, stamina deficit, and remaining stamina after your planned Puzzle and Dragons farming session.
What is minutes per stamina?
It is the time needed to recover one stamina point. Enter the current recovery rate you want to use for your account or event.
Can I calculate several dungeon runs?
Yes. Enter the stamina cost for one dungeon and the number of planned runs. The calculator multiplies both values.
How are full stamina refills handled?
Each full refill adds your maximum stamina amount. The calculator adds that value before subtracting planned dungeon costs.
What is bonus stamina?
Bonus stamina can represent mail rewards, ads, event gifts, or other extra stamina sources that are not full refills.
Why does the calculator show wasted recovery ticks?
Wasted ticks happen when natural recovery would occur after you already reached the stamina cap.
Can current stamina be higher than maximum stamina?
Yes. Some refills may create overflow stamina. The calculator accepts higher current stamina and stops natural recovery gain until cap room exists.
Can I export my result?
Yes. After calculating, use the CSV or PDF button to save the result for later planning.
