Stardew Valley Mushroom Floor Planning Guide
Why Planning Helps
Stardew Valley mushroom floor hunting can feel random. This calculator gives a clear plan. It uses a known mushroom floor, a known season day, and your target day. Then it moves the floor one level upward in the mine sequence for each new day. When the path reaches the bottom limit, it wraps back to the top limit. The result is an estimate, not a save reader.
Start With A Confirmed Floor
A good plan starts with one confirmed floor. Visit the deep mine levels and note the first mushroom floor you find. Use the same season day as your anchor. Add that floor and day into the form. The tool then shows the predicted target floor, the nearest elevator stop, and the number of stairs needed.
Understand Skipped Levels
Some levels are not useful for mushroom floor farming. Floors ending in zero or five are treated as skipped because they are elevator or special stop levels. When the predicted floor lands there, the calculator marks it as hidden. You can still keep tracking the cycle because that skipped level still counts as a day.
Estimate Farming Value
The farming estimate is simple. Enter your expected clears, minutes per clear, mushrooms per clear, and average sell value. The tool multiplies those values by your efficiency percent. This helps compare short checks with longer repeat runs. It also gives a quick gold estimate.
Use The Forecast
The forecast table is helpful when today is not ideal. It lists future days, predicted floors, elevator starts, and route notes. A visible floor near an elevator is usually easier to farm. A hidden floor may be skipped unless you want to keep tracking the cycle.
Save Your Results
CSV and document downloads make the result easier to save. Use CSV for spreadsheets. Use the document button for a simple record. You can keep several runs and compare them later.
Best Use
This calculator is best for planning. Game updates, mods, and save differences can change behavior. Use the result as a smart guide. Confirm the floor in game before spending a whole day farming.
Accuracy Tip
For better accuracy, record each confirmed floor in a small log. Include the date, season, floor number, and whether mushrooms appeared. Patterns become easier to trust after several checks, especially when missed or hidden floors confuse the route again.
