Formula Used

Line calories = item calories × quantity × portion multiplier + cream calories + sugar calories.

Total calories = sum of all line calories.

Net calories = total calories − activity offset.

Daily target percent = total calories ÷ daily calorie target × 100.

Macro calories = protein × 4, carbohydrates × 4, and fat × 9.

Macro percent = each macro calorie value ÷ total macro calories × 100.

Balance score starts at 100. It subtracts penalties when calories, sugar, and sodium exceed selected planning levels.

Plan Tim Hortons Orders With Better Calorie Awareness

Why a calorie calculator helps

Tim Hortons orders can look simple. A coffee, donut, wrap, or sandwich may not seem like much. Yet small choices add up fast. Cream, sugar, sauces, and larger portions can change the final number. This calculator helps you see the full order before you buy it. It gives one clear total for calories, macros, sodium, sugar, and caffeine.

Build complete meal combinations

The tool supports several items in one order. You can combine drinks, baked goods, breakfast items, and lunch items. You can also change quantity and portion size. This is useful for shared boxes, half portions, or extra servings. Custom rows make the page flexible. They let you add seasonal drinks or local items that are not listed yet.

Use targets for smarter choices

Calories alone do not show the whole picture. A meal may fit your calorie target but still be high in sodium or sugar. The calculator compares your order with daily limits. It also shows caffeine. That helps coffee drinkers manage several beverages in one day. The meal budget feature is helpful when you want one order to stay within a planned part of your day.

Read results in context

The balance score is not a medical grade. It is a quick planning signal. A higher score usually means the order fits your chosen limits better. A lower score means you should review portions, sauces, sweet drinks, or salty sandwiches. You can reduce calories by choosing smaller sizes. You can reduce sugar by limiting sweeteners. You can reduce sodium by comparing sandwiches and wraps before ordering.

Keep records easily

The CSV export saves a spreadsheet-friendly report. The PDF button creates a simple printable summary. These options are helpful for meal tracking, coaching, or personal review. Always remember that restaurant values can vary. Recipes, sizes, and regional menus may change. Use this calculator as an advanced estimate, then confirm details with current local nutrition information.
