Formula Used

Prismoidal volume: V = h / 6 × (Atop + 4Amid + Abottom)

Atop = top length × top width.

Abottom = bottom length × bottom width.

Amid = average length × average width.

Side slope bottom estimate: bottom dimension = top dimension − 2 × slope × depth.

Water depth: usable depth = (total depth − freeboard) × fill percent.

Usable water: usable volume = water volume × (1 − loss percent / 100).
