Formula used (scoring)
base = 10×symptom + 5×sideEffects + 7×pain
protective = 2×(sleep−7) + 3×(mood−3)
SymptomIndex = clamp((base − 10×protective)/2.2, 0..100)
Wellbeing = clamp(100 − 0.85×SymptomIndex + 2×(sleep−7) + 4×(mood−3), 0..100)
These are trend-friendly heuristics, not medical diagnoses.

FAQs
1) Are the scores medical advice?
No. The scores are simple trend indicators to help you notice patterns. Always consult a qualified clinician for diagnosis, medication changes, or urgent symptoms.
2) Can I track multiple medications?
Yes. Add one entry per dose. Use the same date and different times for repeated doses. Your exports will include every medication and score.
3) What does Symptom Index mean?
It combines symptom severity, side effects, and pain, then adjusts for sleep and mood. Higher values suggest greater burden. Use it to compare days, not as a diagnosis.
4) How is adherence rate calculated?
It counts entries marked “Yes” as taken and divides by total saved entries in this session. Late or partial doses are not counted as full adherence.
5) Why are my exports empty?
Exports use the saved session list. Submit at least one entry first. If you refreshed with a new browser session, earlier entries may not be available.
6) Can I customize units, routes, or symptoms?
Yes. Units and routes are selectable. Symptoms and side effects are free text so you can describe anything. Notes help capture triggers like meals or stress.
7) What should I do for severe reactions?
If you have severe symptoms, trouble breathing, swelling, chest pain, or rapid worsening, seek urgent medical care immediately. Do not rely on this tool for emergencies.
