FAQs

1) What does this calculator track?

It tracks one medication log for one day using your entered dose amount, dose times, interval, symptom scores, and notes. It summarizes totals and timing gaps.

2) Does this tool recommend medication doses?

No. It is a recordkeeping tool only. It does not suggest treatment, approve schedules, or replace instructions from a clinician, pharmacist, or label guidance.

3) Why should I enter exact dose times?

Exact times let the calculator measure real gaps between doses, sort entries, estimate average interval, and display a clearer timeline graph for discussion.

4) What does schedule completion mean?

Schedule completion compares logged doses with the count expected from your planned interval and observation window. It is a logging comparison, not a safety judgment.

5) Can I use tablets, milliliters, or other units?

Yes. Choose the unit that matches your entry. The total logged amount and maximum usage comparison stay in the same unit you selected.

6) What if my entries cross midnight?

For cleaner reporting, make a separate log for each calendar day. This page sorts times within one day and does not calculate overnight rollover.

7) Can I bring this report to an appointment?

Yes. The CSV export helps with spreadsheets, while the PDF export is useful for printing or sharing a structured summary of your own entries.

8) Is this log a substitute for medical records?

No. It is a personal tracking aid. Formal records, treatment decisions, and urgent care questions still need qualified medical review.
