Formula Used
- Room revenue = Rooms sold × ADR
- Total revenue = Room revenue + Other revenue
- Occupancy = Rooms sold ÷ Total rooms
- RevPAR = Room revenue ÷ Total rooms
- Commission = Room revenue × (Commission % ÷ 100)
- Payment fee = Total revenue × (Fee % ÷ 100)
- Property fees = Total revenue × (Tax/Fees % ÷ 100)
- Variable costs = Rooms sold × (Housekeeping + Laundry + Amenities) + Rooms sold × Guests per room × Breakfast per guest + Other variable costs
- Fixed costs = Staffing + Utilities + Maintenance + Rent + Marketing + Other fixed
- Total cost = Variable + Fixed + Commission + Payment fee + Property fees
- Net profit = Total revenue − Total cost
- Break-even ADR = (Total cost − Other revenue) ÷ Rooms sold
