4. Time to Productivity
Time to Productivity = Working days from normalized start date to the first working day after core readiness and training stages finish
5. Readiness Score
The score blends preboarding coverage, parallel execution, added buffer, and penalties for unfinished setup after the employee starts

It shows how many setup days remain after the employee starts because preboarding time was shorter than the estimated critical path.
4. Does the calculator skip weekends and holidays?
Yes. It normalizes start dates and stage endings using your chosen workweek and any holiday dates you enter.
5. Can I use it for remote or hybrid hires?
Yes. Adjust equipment, account setup, training, and shadowing durations to reflect remote shipping, access approvals, or virtual orientation requirements.
6. What does the readiness score mean?
